My family and I stayed here for a family wedding for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff were super friendly and very attentive! It’s a very nice resort with the staggered rooms on different spots of the resort. The reception hall decorated so wonderfully with lights and floral decor! That was the selling point.
The only negatives I have are the fact that this was not a kid-friendly environment. The dining hall only had 2 (two) high chairs and did not have kid friendly meals. The coffee was not the greatest. The food was either too sweet or too salty. It rained most of the time we were there and the stone walkway (which was very appealing) was so slippery when we walked (and we were in heels).
We wouldn’t mind staying here again but without kids.

I recently stayed at Hillcreek Gardens to attend a wedding, and the location is just so refreshing and serene. If you’re looking to get away from the city, this is it.
Location: It is about 10-15 minutes away by car to the busy Tagaytay areas like Taal Vista and Skyranch, and easily accessible thru the new Calax.
Ambiance: Hillcreek’s lush greenery is just heaven. The sprawling grounds will help you forget that right outside is a busy road. There’s a lot of trees and flowers and open spaces, and the air is fresh and cold. Bring a jacket just to be sure.
Rooms: I stayed in the Casitas area, which is where their older rooms are housed. The rooms are comfy, not big but not small either. Bathrooms are okay but a little on the older side, and a little narrow. Closets come with an ironing board (useful!). The extra bed was surprisingly comfy. The window looks out onto the terrace, but you will be seen from the outside since the path outside is right by the window.
Food: The Blue Room is where the breakfast buffet is served. Lovely dining area with indoor and outdoor seating. There’s a fair amount of choices for breakfast ranging from salad, to bread and jam, to the typical Filipino meal, among others. The most memorable part of breakfast has to be the taho display in the corner that serves real taho—warm and sweet! You can also order from their menu during lunch or dinner which is pretty convenient.
Service: The overall service of Hillcreek Gardens is exemplary. Wherever you go, you will be greeted by staff with a bright smile. Need something? No problem. Lost? No problem. Staff are really really easy to speak to.
Parking: Hillcreek Gardens comes with some parking slots, but may be challenging if multiple events or a wedding is happening since it’s limited. I didn’t count but you can probably fit about 20 vehicles, with some manoeuvring required.
Cons:
The plenty of open spaces means that when it rains/drizzles, you will get wet when moving from some buildings to the next. It happened to rain/drizzle quite a bit during our stay so getting back to our rooms when this happened was a little bothersome.
There are a lot of steps going to the various locations, so older people might find it difficult to get around. There are ramps and roads inside, but they’re not all linked together so certain areas are not as accessible by car or wheelchair.
Going up and down the steps when it’s wet/drizzling is also something to watch out for.
Overall, I feel like the few cons of the location are far outweighed by the beautiful location, good food and great staff service. Very nice place to have weddings and parties, and to attend them.

A wonderful location for a spiritual retreat or a wedding! The buildings are built with attention to detail and no expense is spared in their construction and finishing. A “one stop” place for your special activity with more than enough space for any unique occasion. Great for weddings and receptions (at least 3 at a time) with 5 star rooms and staff.
Just remember that with extremely great value comes a good price.

The place is very nice i was just there yesterday to do a makeup for my client but when i came, my client told me to have my breakfast and she was there with me and left me for a while and the person incharge in the restaurant agreed that i can still have the breakfast buffet but suddenly there was i think hes an lgbt a thin looking guy with a bit long face whos a waiter there and stop me and telling that the buffet is closed even if its just few minutes i cant imagine imagine without any hesitation telling me if you get the buffet it cost 7,500 pesos is that real? they are much more expensive than 5 star hotel what kind of staff is that knowing they are service oriented person and i think he is underestimating me because im just the visitor of the guest i cant beleived they are hiring people without proper decorum or good manners and he offer me to order a la cart instead i been working for so long in a 5 star hotel at Shangrila in their salon as i can see the difference on how they are handling their costumers, do you think this staff is showing a good reputation in their company?

We booked the premiere room but unfortunately they only allow pets on the casitas. The receptionist was very helpful and we were really impressed on how they handled the concern by giving us the option to move.
However, we had a not so good customer experience on their restaurant (The Blue Room). Me and my husband agreed to take turns on eating breakfast since we knew from the start that pets are not allowed. Since it was raining that morning my sister in law asked the restaurant staff if we can bring our dog inside and they agreed. Then here comes the OIC manager and asked us to leave since pets are not allowed. We know. It could have been smooth if he clarified to his staff first on who let us enter then they both come to us and apologize for the mistake. But no, the tone was as if we just entered the restaurant gatecrashing, sitting pretty with our dog. We felt that we were put to bad light by not following rules when in fact someone allowed us to enter.
But all in all the place is serene and Also spacious to walk and jog around.

We stayed at garden loft room for an overnight stay. The place is usually for event venue but they have accomodation for staycation.||The room has a loft and a small balcony. With 4 single beds. Love the design of the room, soft mattress …
